Feeding pigs is challenging and tricky, first and foremost because of the dirty environment that pigs live in. Even when daily cleaning is done to maintain a healthy living condition, the pigs seems to accumulate much waste. One will experience strong smells and muddy banks when going to their pen. But feeding them is essential, especially for those who are breeding pigs for profit.



The food group that we all eat too much of is meat. Try to limit your meat intake, and emphasize meat alternatives for your protein needs. While you definitely need meat or an alternative for the protein Healthy living advice most people eat far too much from this food group. You will be surprised at how little is actually required to get you through the day.



In my own case I can tell you, that had I followed all my different doctors advice I would not be here today to tell the world about it. I would not have my beautiful, healthy 14 year old daughter who is my pride and joy.
